Protein Fire Central San Antonio

This homeowner called SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio after leaving soup unattended and it burning. This is what is known as a protein fire. A protein fire is smoke damage resulting from the extreme burn of a protein enriched fibre. The smell lingered in the home for days as well as leaving soot on walls and contents.
