Stoneridge Home Water Leak

This client called SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio when they came home from vacation to find that their toilet supply line caused water to flood throughout the home, affecting every room. When we arrived we noticed about 2 inches of standing water.

SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio began extraction right away. As you notice in these pictures the client had a laminated wood floor. This had to be torn out in order to properly dry his home out. Once the flooring is removed we set up our commercial grade air movers and dehumidifiers. This process can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on the severity of the leak and surrounding affected materials.
