Fort Sam Houston Military Base

This office space at the Fort Sam Houston Military Base in San Antonio, TX was the result of water damage. In the first photograph, the drywall and carpet were completely saturated with moisture.   Quick response by the customer to call SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio eliminated any chance of secondary damage. In the after picture you will notice SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio had to remove the cove base and drill holes in the drywall in order to dry the affected areas. Once removed we set our equipment to dry out the affected materials.  Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was extremely happy we were able to salvage his carpet and keep the repair cost very low.
