San Antonio Water Damage

This bedroom in San Antonio, TX was the result of water damage caused by roof leak.  In the first photograph, the drywall, and hardwood flooring was completely saturated with moisture.   Quick response by the customer and SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio eliminated any chance of secondary damage. In the after picture you will notice SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio had to remove large furniture in order to place our equipment. Once removed we set our equipment to dry out the drywall and flooring affected.  Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was extremely happy we were able salvage his wood floors and drywall.
