Tarp from the Tornado

SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio responded to wind damage on a roof caused by the tornado last week.  This call came in as a roof tarp only.  When arriving onsite, the SERVPRO crew went inside the home to do a routine moisture check.  Whenever you have roof damage it is always good to check the interior of the home for water damage.  During this evaluation, the SERVPRO team found 2 separate areas with elevated moisture readings.  Our crew was able to not only tarp the damaged roof, but also dry out the interior of the home before any secondary damage could set in.  The customer was extremely happy with our teams professionalism and quick response.
